Surface Mount Sockets & Interconnects

Mill-Max has an expanded line of surface mount PCB interconnects that includes SMT DIP Sockets, SMT PGA Sockets, SMT 2mm pitch connectors and many others.

All SMT interconnects can be ordered in various lengths, from 3 pins in a single row & 4 pins in a dual row, to as many as 100 (2X50) pins. Mill-Max SMT interconnects are available in .050" (1,27mm), .100" (2,54mm), or .079 (2.00mm) pitches.

Mill-Max surface mount interconnects are specifically designed to provide maximum solder joint strength and easy inspection. They use insulators made of high temperature material suitable for all soldering operations and are available in RoHS and traditional platings.

All pins and sockets utilized in these interconnects are precision machined brass, plated gold or tin. Press-fit into every mating socket is a beryllium copper "multi-finger" contact renowned for its compliancy and proven reliability.
