Certifications for RoHS, REACH, and a Conflict Minerals CMRT can be found below and are updated regularly. Please note that not all current environmental control requirements affect our supply chain and products. The certifications below represent the most current documents as they pertain to Mill-Max Products. If you would like to be notified by email when a certification has been updated please contact us.
RoHS-2 (2011/65/EU) and RoHS (2002/95/EC)
The European Council made a substantial revision to the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC) and issued directive (2011/65/EU). This new requirement is known as RoHS (Recast), or RoHS-2. There are no changes under RoHS-2 that adversely affect the status of any Mill-Max products. All our products previously certified to be RoHS (2001/95/EC) compliant are also RoHS-2 (2011/65/EU) compliant.
REACH (EC No 1907/2006) and the SVCH List.
The substances on the SVHC list has been periodically updated by ECHA. Mill-Max constantly monitors this information and compares the content in relation to the products we manufacture. To date, all of our products continue to be fully REACH compliant.
DRC Conflict-Free Minerals
Mill-Max shares the concern that minerals mined from the DRC may be funding conflicts of a global interest. We support the accountability effort to ensure that this material does not make its way into the electronics supply chain. Mill-Max has completed a materials traceability process in accordance with the EICC and GeSI conflict-free smelter program. Mill-Max only uses materials from certified conflict-free sources.
