TOOL AND DIE MAKER - STAMPING AND INJECTION MOLDING

We are currently seeking a Tool and Die Maker to work in our Stamping and Injection Molding Departments.  If you have experience in progressive dies or injection molds and the desire to become an integral part of our team, this career opportunity may be for you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes and interprets specifications, blue prints to make new or maintain existing tooling to ensure quality and productivity
  • Assemble progressive dies and Injection Molds
  • Will be trained to set up and operate production equipment
Requirements:
  • Skilled in the use of Tool Room equipment and can work to close tolerances .0001” on surface and cylindrical grinding machines
  • General knowledge of tool and die design including various tool steels/carbides and their application
  • Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Mold making a plus
  • Experience in tool and die making
  • Must be able to work independently

SALES APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

The Sales Applications Engineer is responsible for developing technical solutions in response to sales and customer requirements. The role requires liaising with the Sales, Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing groups within the company to develop solutions that also meet the customer's objectives. Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to engineers, buyers and potential new customers
  • Perform design assistance, education, as well as marketing functions

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are offering a great opportunity for a Software Engineer to join our Software Engineering group in Oyster Bay, NY.  The primary function of the Software Engineer will be to design and develop, new and existing applications.  A high-level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are necessary.

Job Requirements:
  • Reviews, analyzes and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
  • Designs and writes code to support existing applications.
  • Consults with users to create specifications and develop code for new applications.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree is preferred in Computer Science
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Software Development.
  • At least two recent years with Pro C and Oracle.
  • A strong, structured programming background, system analysis and knowledge of the complete software development process.
