MACHINE OPERATOR, SCREW MACHINE DEPARTMENT (2ND & 3RD SHIFT)

We currently have an excellent opportunities available for a second and third shift Screw Machine Operator.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operator will monitor production to make sure it meets specifications through measuring tools and visual inspection
  • Operator is required to keep machines stocked with material and remove chips to maintain production
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Must have good visual attentiveness
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Must be able to train on the First Shift; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday for up to 12 weeks before transferring to regular shift

TOOL AND DIE MAKER - STAMPING AND INJECTION MOLDING

We are currently seeking a Tool and Die Maker to work in our Stamping and Injection Molding Departments.  If you have experience in progressive dies or injection molds and the desire to become an integral part of our team, this career opportunity may be for you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes and interprets specifications, blue prints to make new or maintain existing tooling to ensure quality and productivity
  • Assemble progressive dies and injection molds
  • Will be trained to set up and operate production equipment
Requirements:
  • Skilled in the use of Tool Room equipment and can work to close tolerances .0001” on surface and cylindrical grinding machines
  • Must have general knowledge of tool and die design including various steels/carbides and their application
  • Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Production Control Planner/Coordinator to analyze, plan, and manage production activities to improve the movement of materials through the production cycle and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions
  • Coordinate activities of others throughout the plant to alleviate shortages and meet schedule requirements
  • Process, deliver, and review work orders for accuracy and completeness
