Mill-Max COVID-19 Operational Impact
As recent “shelter from home” orders have been implemented in various states due to the spread of COVID-19, we want to confirm that Mill-Max Mfg. Corp. is considered an essential business as we manufacture products used exclusively for defense, medical devices, telecommunications, and public safety. As such, we will remain open with a limited workforce for business during our normal business hours.
Our concern continues to be the health and welfare of our employees, as well as continuing to provide the essential products that we manufacture for our Customers. Below are some steps we are taking:
- We have prohibited any visitors to our facility, besides those absolutely necessary to conduct business operations.
- All company business travel has ceased, including events and trade shows.
- We have instituted additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures in our offices and manufacturing facility.
- To decrease the number of employees in our facility, we have taken steps to limit our workforce, and are enabling any person who can work from home, to do so. This is being done methodically to ensure there are as few interruptions as possible while employees’ systems are being set up outside of the office.
Mill-Max maintains a strong inventory position on raw materials and standard products, and we do not expect any significant delays beyond our standard lead times for those products considered essential. However, if you have questions regarding an order or need technical assistance we ask that you use our online form to contact us. With an expected increase in the amount of staff working remotely this will ensure we can respond as quickly as possible,
As this situation continues to change, we will abide by the guidelines and requirements of the appropriate public health bodies. We will keep our staff safe while meeting our Customer needs to the best of our ability and will contact you if we perceive any change or interruption to your orders.
Thank you for your continued support and trust.
