REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemical substances) is a regulation developed by the EU that establishes the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) and sets up a system for reporting chemical substances.
There are several criteria that precede registration with ECHA. For our purposes, a company manufacturing a product that contains a "Substance of Very High Concern" (SVHC) may be required to register. The official SVHC list was published in November 2008. After a careful analysis and its potential impact on our products, Mill-Max can provide the following statement for your reference. We do not manufacture products that contain the substances described on the current SVHC list. Mill-Max is not required to register.
